Led by producer Mark Mallabone, this workshop you will learn about the differing roles of a producer, how to engage, collaborate and work effectively so that you can get the most out of the working relationship.

Mark has been an independent creative producer for over seven years, and over that time has worked with Sweetshop Revolution, Mercurial Dance, Tanztheater Adrian Look, Georgia Tegou and a number of other independent dance and theatre artists.

We hope that attendees will come out of the workshop with a more informed understanding about how producers can help them move their work, practice and/or professional development forward whilst feeling more empowered to talk to and engage producers.
