A classical ballet class beginning with barre and including centre work and allegro. Those that wish are welcome to wear pointe shoes but it’s certainly not compulsory.

About Emma

Originally from Newcastle, Emma trained at Elmhurst Ballet School. Upon graduating she joined Vanemuine Ballet in Estonia for 3 years & following this she danced numerous contracts around Europe with companies such as English National Ballet, National Ballet of Ireland & Tivoli Ballet theatre in Copenhagen. Emma started working with Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2018 and became an full company member in 2019. Her repertoire includes “Cygnets” in Swan Lake, “Friends” in The Sleeping Beauty,“Dumpy” in Cinderella and most recently Mercedes in Carlos Acosta’s DonQ.
