Gemma’s class at Brum Pro Class will consist of mainly performance skills with the fusion between technique and grooves. Her class will consist of mainly choreography in order for you to have fun and express yourself as if you was on stage. Bring your own personality to this class and let's show it off.
A classical ballet class beginning with barre and including centre work and allegro. Those that wish are welcome to wear pointe shoes but it’s certainly not compulsory.
Avatâra offers a dynamic contemporary ballet class for today’s dancer with emphasis on alignment, musicality, movement qualities and the epaulement (the ability to move in spiral motion), set to a score of world music (from pop and jazz to bossa nova). It is a highly physical class for freelance dance artists, that enjoy approaching ballet with a 21st-century mind.

Claire will lead a full-bodied, expansive class that is detailed in content and playful in nature. Expect a blend of improvisation, led sequences and an eclectic playlist. The class encourages personal expression whilst finding strength, articulation and stamina in the moving body. Expect to sweat, laugh and warm down feeling lifted!

Fun and energetic, this class will focus on centering the mind and then building up the body. Exploring improv, floor work, and contact then finishing with a phrase, this class is designed to gear you up for the day whilst accompanied by funk, soul, and jazz tracks to keep you smiling!

Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) is a dance technique that is characterised by its use of imagery, tactile studies and embodied dancing.
A highly physical and explosive class that draws influences from release technique, hip hop, floor work foundations, and gestural articulation and looks into understanding connections through the body and in space. We will begin with drills and isolation and move into dynamic crossings and ending with a juicy phrase.
