Sarah’s class focuses on breath, space and intention and includes set and improvised material with plenty of options for self-interpretation. Sequences focus on transition in and out of the floor, core strength and travelling through and around the space. From a performance perspective, Sarah likes to play with imagery and spoken word to offer varying intension and dynamic possibilities to the movement material.
